Was hoping this would make a great gift for my son when we go camping and when he arrived he looked great. When we did camping it was very disappointing. The projector wasn't the best, but I wouldn't mind if that weren't for the main downside...the stories are poorly written. It ruined my son's enthusiasm when he heard these stories. These are short stories and not well done. I also wish they would make it clearer when to rotate the slide to keep up with the story. It has the potential to be a great toy/gift but unless the stories are checked and checked for errors I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! TO UPDATE! The company contacted me several times and tried to fix everything. To be honest I have NEVER seen a company do so much to improve things! At first I ignored them without thinking, but they insisted. They ended up offering me a partial refund or another toy for my almost 4 year old son. I chose a toy and said they could pick something suitable and they sent me a wonderful diagram of a puzzle toy. It's cute and my son loves it. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with them and when they put so much effort into my situation I really feel that they set themselves apart from any other company I have ever worked with. I sincerely wish them every success and will tell my family and friends about this unexpected situation. I didn't want anything and they were determined to improve the situation. Thank you for doing business the way you used to. It gives me hope that some companies are still focused on people and not sales.
