We ordered this because it fits in the space we need. The "metal" legs are painted with silver paint on chipboard, which left me a bit disappointed. A small portion of the faux wood veneer was removed either during shipping or when the house was assembled. Incidentally, the instructions are less helpful than they could be. Count the parts in each package to see which part is which because although they are labeled in the instructions they are not labeled on the packages themselves. The entire article is made of chipboard / pressed board with imitation wood veneer or paint. You get what you pay for. When all was said and done and we finished assembling it, it fit perfectly and the drawers were roomier than expected. I'm smart and can fix any visual imperfections. The biggest downside I have to point out here is that this item was made in Cambodia. We would try another piece/pay more because child labor is a problem in Cambodia. And while I want to support families, I don't like supporting those who feed off them by offering the world cheap goods based on slave labor.
