My niece's original Chromebook charger suddenly failed sometime in the middle of senior year and I ordered one (brand name forgotten) which had good reviews but it never worked. Absolutely right, and she had to keep a close eye on keeping the battery charged even when everything seemed plugged in. This second charger started failing before the end of the school year, so I bought what this review describes and all the problems went away immediately. Cable length is good, it fits into the Chromebook's power port like a well-tailored glove, and any power issues are just a nasty reminder. We hope this charger will last longer than the previous two!
