Review on ZipperStop Distributor YKK® Zipper Solution by Michelle Langley

I ordered these sliders because I needed two sliders to zip my backpack and wanted something durable. I emailed the seller to see if they would work with #10 coil zippers. He told me that wasn't the case, so I asked if he would mind changing my order and that I pay the difference in price. Not only did he not charge me extra, but he sent me both metal and spiral zip sliders. Spiral #10 sliders are great for repairs, although the sliders are larger than the stock sliders (the width of the zipper matters), so I'm assuming the metal sliders will work well for metal zippers as well. The repair itself wasn't easy, but it wasn't too difficult either: since I wanted the repair zipper to open as wide as possible, I had to pull the links/teeth of the zipper as close to the end of the zipper as possible. But then turning the slider wasn't so easy and I had to pull two or three links/teeth. Once the new sliders were in place, I clipped one of the zipper pullers that the seller included with my order and the zipper is like new.
