I'll start by saying I'm new to strength training. I looked at nitrogen boosters but was skeptical. After speaking to a trainer at the gym, I got the suggestion to try Booster #2 and see if it was a gimmick. I did a little research and came across them. Affordable, good pre-workout blend, good reviews and no caffeine mixed with synephrine. The first night I tried them I took two about 45 minutes before my workout, by the time I got to the gym I could already feel the stimulants. Towards the end of my second set, when I felt the burn, I could feel the difference. Instead of an exhausting "urrrrghhhhh" it was more of a "jaaahhhhhhh" that I wanted to push through. Be it Stims, Booster #2 or a combination of both. It really helps me stay motivated and ready to keep pumping that burn and also reduces fatigue between exercises. That first night I still had energy after the workout and was tempted to do a few more sets, but logic kept me from overdoing it. I'd recommend trying them out if you're debating this. Check out the ingredients if you are a gym student, chances are they could get you in trouble as Synephrine is banned by several organizations.
