It's well made, but the design has a fatal flaw. This thing streams audio from your iPhone/Android/Cassette player and through your speakers. An old mustang is a great way to listen to podcasts. When it works, it works well. However, there are two basic issues that need to be addressed and are not addressed in this product: 1) If you are ANYWHERE NEAR a telephone or utility pole (e.g.) while driving you will hear the most horrible noises coming from your stereo, and of course they are twice as loud as the music or program you want to hear. This is the fault of ALL cassette adapters and I've bought quite a few. I've done some research and it's the lack of shielding on the tiny cable from the adapter (cassette part) to the 3.5mm jack that goes into yours (phone or whatever). This could be remedied by wrapping the manufacturer in "shielded cable" but no manufacturer does this, including this manufacturer. So if you're outdoors and there is absolutely *no* electrical, magnetic fields, or signal interference of any kind, then this product should satisfy you. BUT . . .2) The cable plug on the socket is always defective. Every single one I've ever had and this brand new one I *just got* have the same problem. The cheap wire connects to 3.55 and you have to wiggle it to keep it stable. Last night I had to hold the jack in my hand while driving to make the noise louder. Again, a stronger cable and plug/connector will solve this problem once and for all. Because of this, other reviewers of this type of product are probably complaining that they break. I strongly insist they work, so I've found workarounds. However, it's just not the greatest invention, but it would be great if they just spent a little more money on it. For comparison with other cassette adapters. Before me is a version of the same brand from Phillips (the most famous brand): it is more expensive, but it does not work better. I'm done with it until there's a definite improvement in workmanship. The manufacturer asked me to test this and give one to test. This has NOT been tested. Whatever it is, it works, but not well enough to get my recommendation.
