Revain Fire 8 (8th gen) fixed the broken screen.
My child's Revain Fire 8th Gen tablet has been repaired. It has small screws holding the motherboard. Disconnect the battery before disassembling the device. Use a hair dryer to hear the adhesive and apply clear tape to the entire front as the glass will crack and shatter upon removal. In general it works and fixes the out of warranty Fire 8 tablet. I just watched a video on YouTube and fixed the tablet.
