This is our second microphone set for beginners, the first set was from PYLE. We have been using it in a church setting for almost 5 years. The PYLE set was good value for money and has held up until now when we upgraded this system when Pyle was starting to show its age. but it still works. The new device has a very clear sound and looks good. This set has a backlit indicator light on the main unit, mics and lapel, but that's all backlit, they don't change. a small light indicator under the illuminated area. the rest of the basic equipment. I hope this lasts as long as Pyle's set.
