I am a repeat customer who was so pleased with the results of my last set (which I used all year until it ran out) I couldn't wait to try it to buy again. The poor performance of this kit was unexpected and disappointing. Barely any curl is achieved and it takes a few weeks at best, a fraction of the time it should have been and has been in the past! I tried the set twice (after allowing proper time between treatments) before posting a review so I could be sure my results and impressions were the same and consistent. Reduced efficacy was evident during treatment and at the end of treatment. The biggest change and obviously the most important part of any eyelash extension kit is the perm lotion (liquid #1). It smells a lot less strong which would be great if the payout was the same! (For those of you who have never had an eyelash lift, imagine the pungent smell of salon perm lotion right next to your eyes and nose.) Glue doesn't stick well in this kit either. I had to curl all of my lashes between each step, making the process more tedious and time-consuming. I am very dissatisfied. I don't know if this formula is less concentrated or if there is something wrong with my kit, but I wouldn't buy it again.
