Depending on the shoe, I always wear a size 11.5 or 12. I didn't look closely, but it's just fabric, no leather, there was no support. With shoes like this I would normally buy a 11.5 to fit a little tighter but they were just the same sizes. A size 12 was too big, was loose and twisted my ankle. I ended up giving it to a neighbor. I really like the style although the back zip looks great. I wish I could see this zipper on leather shoes.
