This is a decent product. This is a simple and inexpensive wall storage solution for most everyday bikes. Bikes are easy to turn on and off. You get what you pay for. For more expensive or more fragile bikes, I might suggest a thinner suspension system that distributes weight more evenly and reduces the chance of damaging the front rim. The instructions are very simple, almost stupid. They show how to drill holes in the wall for screws, but give no details on how to position the suspension high to optimize its use, either to reduce weight loading, relieve pressure on the rear tire, or even the to facilitate use.
