Review on KT Tape PRO: Advanced Synthetic Elastic Kinesiology Therapeutic Tape by Jerry Olson

I am very disappointed to have to give a negative review. I have been using this product for many years and I am convinced of its quality. It was an expensive purchase that I have made in the past as I use this product regularly. This time the package arrived OPEN, as did the outer postal package. As a result, the tape got extremely wet and its adhesive properties were very limited. I can try to send it back but with everything that is going on for most of us it can be quite a hassle especially as it will cost a lot as it is heavy. I tried this tape three times. It doesn't stick like it should. Can I get a refund for the shipping cost of returning this item as it came in a package that IS OPENED when it was mailed to me?
