So, full disclosure, I didn't even open the box. I was traveling around Revain late one night looking for something to spread my fermented homemade hot sauce on, saw this and thought "PERFECT!". So I bought it and was looking forward to it, but then when. When I received them, I realized that the 4-ounce bottles are actually quite large, and if you're making a hot sauce that's so hot it removes the color, you really don't need that much. What I MUST buy is the same in 2 ounces. The bottle but my compulsive buying habits are not the manufacturer's fault and it LOOKS like a good product so I gave it a good rating anyway.
