If you work more than 8 hours a day at a computer and wear prescription glasses, these clips will relieve eye strain almost immediately. Would recommend to others. The only issue I have is that they are a bit bigger than my prescription glasses, but they really only offer more blue light protection! They don't cause a noticeable difference in weight, and my slip-on glasses fit as expected and give a very clear image on the two computer monitors I use.
