Review on 🔊 Wohome S9920 Soundbar – Bluetooth TV Sound Bar with 3D Surround Sound (38-Inch, 105dB, Remote Control, Deep Bass) by Dawn Campos

Initial review (see updates): What a disappointment, the speaker sounds great but the remote only works when you are directly in front of the sensor which is next to it the LED is located in the center of the speaker. If we want to change the volume or settings, you have to get up and stand directly in front of the speaker. Printed return label, this speaker was a waste of time. Update 8/30/2018: Wohome's customer service contacted me (I didn't contact them) and offered another soundbar for free. Kevin, the person who contacted me, explained that they were working on improving the remote as there were some issues. I got a different soundbar today and unfortunately the remote behaves the same way. To be fair, my viewing position is 20 feet from the TV and at a 30 degree angle. I suspect the remote will work fine in most applications, but not for me. It is worth noting that I have not received better customer support from any company. The support I have received from Wohome is fantastic, they are absolutely committed to delivering a quality product and I believe they will make changes based on customer feedback. Update 4/2019: I just got the latest soundbar and the remote is much improved. It's still a bit sketchy at acute angles, but works just as well as my Yamaha soundbar remote. If the soundbar is directly in front of your seating position, you will be happy with the remote control. I've never dealt with a company that cares so much about keeping their customers happy and that's why they went from 3 to 5 stars.
