This is by far the best purchase I have made for my child. I gave it to her when she was about 3 months old. At that time she could not reach the ground at all, so I had to put books under her feet. It took her a few weeks to learn to jump, but she liked to look into the light and "sat". Now she can touch the ground for weeks (she is 4 1/2 months old) and jumps like crazy in this thing. She also loves all interactive toys that she can spin. In music mode it has an auto shut off feature after a few minutes and it quickly learned to hop around to turn the music back on. Sometimes when she gets tired of jumping, she likes to just sit in this thing and watch TV. She finds the butterfly attachment the perfect chew toy. When I first got her (and she was quite small) she got tired after about 2-3 minutes. She now spends about 30 minutes some days jumping around like crazy and is usually ready to take a nap once she's done. The only thing I really dislike about her is that she jumps so hard she hits the bars. While it doesn't really seem like a problem and doesn't affect the stability of it, it's just a little confusing. Otherwise it was very easy to put together and was my daughter's favorite toy.
