[NOTE: This is a first review and I am very satisfied. If anything changes, I'll update the review later.] I've had both good and bad experiences buying refurbished/restocked items from Revain and elsewhere. This is a risk and I am always sure that I have the option to return the goods. I seem to be lucky this time, in a VERY good way. I have to say I bought from the Prime Mobility seller and can't tell if the other sellers are as good. I selected this seller based on the number/percentage of previous positive reviews. I was talking about buying this iPad Pro through Revain Renewed. I was a little concerned about some of the issues mentioned in negative reviews (for all sellers) by previous buyers. But in the end, the HUGE cost savings were worth the potential inconvenience of having to return a bad product. I bought a 9.7" iPad Pro with added cellular capabilities and a 256GB hard drive. The same specs are currently $700 under Apple's official certified upgrade program (and they don't have the one I want "Space Gray" color). I was able to get this for less than $400, which was insanely low and worth the risk. The item came in a regular brown box (not Apple), but was very professionally packaged and protected. Me didn't know what to expect but honestly I was really pleasantly surprised If I didn't know it was being sold refurbished I couldn't say it wasn't new It wasn't just acceptable or good looking: it looked brand new like i got it from apple no scratches dents or even dust/fingerprints it is possible this was an item in an open box that has never been used and has not been used just repackaged. It even came in the same form-fitting plastic packaging sleeve that Apple uses, which leads to my guess that it's never really been used. I haven't had any luck, but I'm not complaining. The ONLY minor downside was that it came without the initial fee and with a correct but nondescript third-party charger, but that doesn't matter when you're saving over $300. When I placed my order I also spent $15 for a very good quality Anker device charger and cable so was done and only charged it for a couple of hours before it was set up. Reviewers who complain so much about chargers need to understand how cheap good replacements are and that compared to the huge savings on a tablet, it's a very small deal. In any case, you should always have an extra charger with you, so just buy a few good and cheap spare parts. The tablet setup went perfectly and I had no problems updating to the latest version of iOS, using the fingerprint sensor, setting up Wi-Fi or setting up my device. Cellular SIM card for data transmission. Everything seems to work perfectly (I tested all functions to make sure) and it works like an iPad straight from the factory. In every way I now have a tablet that is indistinguishable from a NEW iPad Pro or a certified refurbished by Apple. can not be. I'm very glad I took the risk of buying this refurbished/upgraded tablet and was able to get a tablet at a huge discount.
