shoes for surgery / rounding bought in the hospital. I carried them around the house to give out, but not to work yet. The support is great but the instep is a bit tight. I'm 10.5 and ordered a 44 but had to return it for a 45 because it was very tight. The 45 is still a bit tight in the instep and heel, but my heel can move up and down fairly well when walking (just not able to fit an entire toe between them like they recommend). Size 45 is for sizes 11-11.5 US so I think with my 10.5 feet size 45 should fit after some breaking in. I would recommend ordering one size larger. The return was very easy - all I had to do was print the tag that Revain emailed and take the shoes to UPS.
