These gloves are tough enough for car work. You can hit the metal with your knuckles several times before it breaks. Fingertips are held together when gripping rusty surfaces. Most importantly for me, I can easily take them off when I need to use my clean hands and then put them back on to continue work. This reusability is great if they're just being used for light work, e.g. B. for bleaching or processing detergents. Just take them off and use them next time. Another advantage is that these gloves do not wear out over time. My first box lasted over seven years. The last glove I used was just as strong as the first glove in the new box. Keep them in a temperate room away from sunlight (i.e. not in a cold garage or hot car). These gloves have greatly improved my ability to work on cars and handle hazardous or dirty materials around the house. Worth the price.
