At the appointed time, a package of food arrives - 1 bag of food "Village delicacies". At this moment, I understand that the store specialist most likely made a mistake and indicated the price for 1.5 kg on the product card for 5 kg. In order to cover up his mistake and not fulfill his obligations under the concluded contract, the seller intentionally sent the wrong product, in the hope that I would return it, get my money back and he would not have to sell food at the price he indicated. I remind you that the price tag for the goods is public. offer. By posting information on the site, the store invites everyone who responds to conclude an agreement on the specified conditions - to buy the goods at the written price. A change in the price of the goods after registration, a refusal to sell the goods at a previously announced price, is a reason for the consumer to file a claim with the seller or to the court. Even if the price of the product at which the consumer decided to purchase it and made the purchase was indicated erroneously due to a malfunction of the site, the retailer is obliged to sell it for the indicated price.
