I purchased skirts in my regular size because I found the company's size chart for this item. I have included a chart of actual measurements for these skirts as many buyers have had difficulty getting a fit without knowing the waist measurement. I really like the dense fabric and rich colors. I washed the skirts cold in the washing machine, then gently dried them in the dryer without any noticeable problems. The 38 inch length fits me (just above the ankles) and there is a very tight, skinny elastic at the waist. As I lose weight the fit becomes more comfortable, but then the length can be floor-to-ceiling. .
