Not easy but strong
It's definitely not easy. If you have a monitor stand that adjusts height with a spring-loaded sliding mechanism, don't put too much on this shelf, or the total weight will definitely cause your monitor to slide down. (for me that weight was 8 Funko Dorbs). Moved it to my fixed height monitor and it was fine. The only issue I have is that the protrusion that secures it to the front of the monitor is a bit large (about 1/4 inch) and covers the top of my screen. I also have a thin bezel/rim so take that for what it's worth.
