Avalon Organics has succeeded at proverbial speed by reformulating its CoQ10 anti-wrinkle serum. READ THE INGREDIENTS, this formula and the original do not match. It was discounted and in a mean, behind-the-scenes way. First, why is the new product description so vague and evasive? Obviously because they hope no one will notice and verify the difference in the ingredients. They only say "new, more sustainable", not "improved" or "new formula". The ingredients have completely changed, and for the worse. While the original product was excellent, with lots of antioxidants like arnica and white tea extract and lots of coenzyme Q10, this product just has lots of cheap oils, aloe vera and glycerin. And CoQ10 oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo down there, one of the LAST ingredients. The CoQ10 level in the original formula was MUCH higher, ranking 6 or 7 from the top. When I called Avalon to voice my complaints, the customer service representative had a bad attitude and basically said "don't care" but said he would issue a refund with a receipt. They don't seem to care and obviously they don't want anything from me. Too bad because the original formula was just great. In short, don't buy it!
