Great sound, but too many questions.

These headphones look great and have really good sound quality. ANC could be better but not that bad. Sound quality aside, I've encountered various issues, for example, my phone sometimes won't connect to the headphones and the right earbud only works for about 45 minutes and then dies. The case also doesn't last long on a charge, and after a full charge it lasts about 12 hours, and the entire battery in the case is drained.
