My daughter is a size 10 so I ordered based on other reviews. At 10.5, it has enough room to carry it for a while. My daughter has an average foot size. I think the shoes are made from medium to narrow. I understand why people might need to go up a few sizes if their child has a wide foot. They light up when she leaves, perfect for Halloween and she loves them!
