In less than a week of using this backpack and mesh pockets my son had holes from carrying his water bottle and cloth hat. We requested a refund and within days OJCommerce responded asking for photos. Unfortunately, you have to respond the same day they email you the photos, "otherwise we'll close this request and not consider it a problem" (quote straight from their email). Too bad I didn't even read their email on the day they sent it (they closed the ticket). In the meantime I have asked my son to continue using the backpack and two full days of use resulted in the wheel breaking. photos included. We have now purchased a replacement elsewhere and whilst I will acknowledge that this backpack may suit some students with very little need I feel it is necessary to warn those considering it that it has let us down , and I am very disappointed. To be as honest as I can, my son runs on backpack bikes for about 30 minutes a day, which is about 210 minutes of use before the bike broke while carrying 20 pounds of his schoolwork (I weighed it). So if you're expecting a medium load, this might not be for you. Kind regards.
