I bought this for my 4 year old to wear to her Valentine’s Day party at school. She requested a blue dress with pink and purple, hearts, and tutu. That would be quite a task to find in a store and had a feeling I could find something on Best Buy. Some reviews mentioned the material being cheap or thin but I thought the dress was perfect! The material reminds me of a sweatshirt. It was comfortable for my daughter and she loved the tutu!
