Husband got this in place of his usual black work belt. The stainless steel buckle looks sharp. And the lock works completely differently. The tongue slides through the buckle and locks into place wherever you place it. The additional flap slides under the pant loop. The belt has a small lever that can be clicked to release the belt. Worn all day at work, the belt has never come loose or slipped. (Although you might expect the clasp to slip off if you wore it very tight. Don't wear the straps like that.) The husband is happy with this new strap.
