Very crumpled (see photo)

I ordered this product based on its high rated reviews. The laptop bag itself looks good, but the front and back of the bag were VERY crumpled. As if everything was crumpled, and the fabric and underlying foam layer were already crumpled. I thought it would be best to leave it and let it "breathe" but that didn't help - it's been many weeks since I received it but it still looks very wrinkled. See attached pictures. I'm not happy with the purchase and I'm not happy with the look of the case.
