I recently spilled a cleaner in the cupboard under the kitchen sink. I cleaned it immediately but there was still a small stain on it. I ran out and bought some thick plastic containers to keep everything I keep under the sink. As an extra precaution, I bought this rug. It was very easy to install. I laid it in place and used a razor to cut through the felt portion of the material without completely cutting through the mat. I didn't want to ruin the closets. Then I took it out and just used very sharp scissors but along the marked line. I put it back in and it fit perfectly on the first try. Now I have double protection under the sink.
