This knee brace helps my arthritis when it flares up…it’s Comfortable and provides good support.

I like the fit, comfort and support it offers when I wear it. I'm not sure if the copper makes a difference but I figured it couldn't hurt to try it. I wear it occasionally so it's helpful for certain events where I may need to walk more. In the Summer it heats up a little but not enough to avoid wearing it. After I purchased one, I bought another. These wash easily, too. The price is reasonable for the quality.

Gives sufficient support, stays in place, not restricting.

Cons

Comprehension and support is nice but these things roll down like crazy.
