Hashbrown Systems - Ease Of Use and Customer Service
I like that we can add new features to our software easily without having developers from hash brown systems working with us or even in house! They are very responsive when it comes time do get things done quickly as well they have great customer service support if you need them at any point during your project implementation process!! We really enjoyed how easy their system was once implemented by one of my colleagues who is not computer savvy but able work through all aspects using just his smart phone.
Pros
- Easy integration into existing website/solutions, user friendly front end interface (easy navigation), quick response times via telephone calls & emails for clarification questions related directly back to me personally instead than waiting till someone else has taken care of resolving an issue which would usually take forever..i think this team likes what i say..lol.and then there's always smiles :)
