My vendor score was excellent. I received a phone call from their CEO (CEO), who spoke English fluently and asked me lots of questions. He explained his vision and mission to me. I liked the fact that he has been involved in social causes. I would definitely recommend KnowYourVendor to any of my colleagues or friends. The project manager at Know your vendor solutions gave good suggestions when I had some technical issues during installation. Also they were very responsive to my requests. They sent the required license keys within 24 hours after sending request for them.

Cons
- Slow Installation-it took over an hour to install Know Your Vendor software on my system due to many bugs.
