I hate running with things in my hands, so this pack is working great for marathon training in FL. I can fit my phone, car keys, and 4-5 fuels in the easily accessible front pockets. I made the side straps as tight as possible and it doesn’t bounce around at all. The only 2 issues - the plastic hooks at the top of the bladder opening to hold it closed keep catching my hair, so I have taped over the hooks and it’s been better. I may just cut them out. 2nd - the bite valve is very difficult/slow to suck water out. I have just pulled off the bite valve and drink straight from the tube opening. Great flow of water! You can still slide it up/down to open/close the tube.
