False advertising.
I bought these for my 3 and 4 year old granddaughters to wear as flower girls to my son's wedding. I was very disappointed. They were advertised as suitable for children under the age of 5 but could only be worn by newborns because they were so small. I will be for you a gift for a newborn child. I believe the seller is doing false advertising.
