The experience of working at b3 consulting is amazing because i learn from great people who are passionate about their work and always willing to share knowledge across business units. They have an amazing culture that encourages you to be your best self every day! I can’t think of anything bad or dislikes as there aren't any really. If you want to grow in your career this would be one organization where you will get all the tools necessary to reach success. The only thing would be if they had more resources so we could expand our team faster but thats not something i'm complaining about since its a small firm compared to other firms out there. We were able to build teams and create new projects which helped us solve problems for customers.
