I received the bag, I'm very happy with the quality, size, bottom support of the bag, lining and strong and adjustable strap. I travel almost every week for work and this is just right for my purse and all other office essentials like laptop, cables and documents. The quilted material is also of good quality. SEVERAL OFFERS to the seller. I wish the main compartment zippers were big enough to fit a luggage lock so I can lock my bag when exiting a hotel room or under an airplane seat. I was always able to lock my bag when going out for lunch, so that's a bit disappointing. Big zipper pullers with locking holes would be great. Also, it would be great if one of the outside pockets had a zipper so that lipsticks, nail clippers, tickets, etc. don't fall out when the pocket is under the seat in flight. The other pocket is perfectly open for a water bottle or umbrella. Or. Zip both front pockets and add a water bottle pocket at the end of the bag, then the best of both worlds. I look forward to using the bag and may order another if improvements are made and it wears well!
