Do not buy these shoes. I've worn mine camping for less than four hours. The back strap broke when I first took them off my feet. Poor quality of back strap tailoring. See fig. The strap came off the heel pad. There are only four stitches in soft croc rubber. These four stitches are not enough for this space. I can't remember the last time I bought a product that broke so quickly. I am very disappointed. So far my warranty claim has moved sluggishly through CROCS. Update: I have sent seven emails and made one call to CROCS customer service in the last two weeks. During the phone call I was told that my emails had been received (except for one which contained photos of the damage and was too large). There was basically no response to my emails (confirmed by the customer service rep I spoke to). If you buy these shoes, I hope you have better luck than me.
