Review on toast EPM by Chef Buntiloy

It has helped us organize our workflows, it's easy for new people to understand how things are done. I think that there should be more templates included as you can't just create your own template from scratch every time. We use Toast EPM at my current job because we have multiple different clients who need their own workflow. This means that when they come in with a new requirement/project, we don't know what steps to take next or if this even fits into the existing process flow. With Toast EPM, we now have an organized system to help guide them along so everything flows smoothly.
