2.5 inch hard drive and M.2 hard drive cannot be installed at the same time

I have been researching Cubi for a few weeks. Everything I've seen online and on the MSI website shows that both 2.5" drives can be installed. Hard drive and M.2 hard drive at the same time. I ordered the machine and when I looked through the documentation I found a small footnote below (see attached photo) that says you can't install both. Just one or the other. All other documents I looked at didn't have that footnote. I will send the device back because the desired functionality is not possible.
