My wife and I enjoyed the massage effects of the Shiatsu Deluxe foot massager, but after a short time the coating on the plastic massage balls wore off and our feet became twisted. and black socks. See photo. After we contacted Homedics customer service, they confirmed our purchase and sent us a new unit. They instructed us to throw away the old block. The new device had the exact same problem so I contacted them again. They reconfirmed our purchase and sent the second unit to their technical department for evaluation. After receiving the second block, they sent us a third block that did the same. I have contacted their support team twice through their website and now they are ignoring my correspondence. We are now stuck with an unacceptable massager because our returns window is closed. This latest insult from Homedics does not speak for the company and we will not buy or recommend any of their products.
