Highly recommended. I have seen reviews of wire cutters where physical therapists have rated pregnant women and recommended this pillow as it helps people who sleep on their side to properly align their back and body for sleep. This means it works for *most* people. For those over 68 inches, you get a slightly shorter pillow that can be held between your legs (although this is easily remedied by folding it into a U shape and placing your own pillow on top). The width is just over half of a queen size bed. Have a jersey cover for comfort (it is not required).
