Overall Good Vest - But.
I occasionally run in the early mornings when it is dark, and despite living in a city, the streets are not well light. I find the vest is overall strong and I would recommend it. My only negative note is that when running with a phone in the front pouch, the vest will sag and bunch up in a weird way. I don't think this affects its reflective functionality, it more just makes it bothersome while running.
