I gave one of these to my niece who is about 20 years old. She has always been a vigorous troublemaker and not one to shy away from confrontation. Since she works with the public on a regular basis, I thought this would be a good way for her to deal with rude customers without getting fired. All she has to do is remember the bracelet and be polite. Being able to change the message on it is a huge bonus.
- It comes in a nice retractable wooden case, which I really liked.
- Silk is easily damaged or worn out
