I bought this razor to trim my hair as I prefer it to traditional scissor trimming. Overall, this hair shaver is good if you like to style your hair in layers. Watch your fingers when cutting, as these blades will cut your skin if you're not careful. I have several cuts on my fingers. Otherwise this shaver is good. I would not use it to shave facial hair as it can be trimmed easily.
