These diaper liners are narrower. I would definitely say the smaller the kid the better it will work. They only cover the minimum that needs to be covered. They are made of waterproof material on the one hand and soft fabric on the other. The outer edge is decorated with a beautifully patterned black and white floral print. These changing mats are lightweight. They are soft and easy to wash. I machine wash them but don't dry them. They are a good size to fit right on my changing table. You can also fold and travel. In general they are of good quality.
