Let me start by saying that I won't go to bed without this. Not pregnant, just overweight. BUT the same problem applies. The side sleeper is similar to the picture, but the picture shows a super material pillow. It's not like this. It's medium sized and yes I put my regular pillows in the linen closet. I sleep better with this "GREAT" for my back pain. I recommend this for men too. It affects painful points directly in the lumbar region, thighs and legs. I put a small pillow under my stomach like in the picture. This is a HUGE part of my back pain. The baby bomber, R. Arthritis, fell down the stairs, fell on the ice/snow on the last job.etc.etc. Let's not do hard drugs to brighten the scene, it's just another problem we don't need! Some days nothing helps, but these pillows are a natural relief. WE HAVE MORE SLEEP.
