I like the size of these bread dough containers. The smaller one is perfect to start the night pool and then mix into the larger one with the remaining dry and wet ingredients at the end. The dough can be easily removed from the rounded corners. I knead and fold the dough by hand without making a mess on the kitchen island. Dough residue can be easily removed with dry flour and paper towels. Do not throw leftover dough down the drain! They will eventually clog your drains. Using a paper towel, rub the flower into the remaining pieces of dough and throw in the trash. Only when there is no more dough on it can you wash it with a little warm soapy water. Very glad I bought them.
