Soft and supportive, good design

It arrived flat and rolled up and when I opened the inner packaging it grew to its normal size fairly quickly. The design is great - it has a zip that goes around the two sides of the pillow so the outer fluffy layer can be easily removed for cleaning. The inner pillow is still fluffy but firmer. Lump NO - Hooray! I am delighted as I have found many branded pillows with lumps that I have had to manually massage. It's very comfortable - like down, except it doesn't slowly fall off overnight. It's a pliable cushion, not a monolithic block of fibers. I look forward to ordering more of these.
