I bought these shoes for my grand niece. The quality seems to be very good, I particularly liked the eyelets on the handles. However, they were too small for her. She wore size 5 shoes and these were a size 6 and her mother could barely adjust them for her. I definitely recommend ordering a size up or 2. It is also important to note that when boots are returned, the seller will charge a 20% restocking fee as well as a return shipping fee. I don't know what the exchange policy is. I couldn't wait for the exchange and immediately bought a pair.
